TX-TERT now allows active members to keep their TERT credentials updated.
TERT Members - Read Instuctions First.
To begin your login adventure, click the MyTERT hyperlink below. On the portal page, click the animated COG symbol towards the bottom/center. Your login will be the email address you provided in your TX-TERT application. If you do not remember, refer back to your approved application.
If you do not remember your credentials, click the "Forgot Password" to reset. Verify the email address and hit submit (do not click "Send a text message" or "Send reset link to Alt. Email on file?" check box.) The email will come from notifier@mytert.com, which is a valid and trusted email address, and could go to your spam/junk folder. Click the safelink Reset Password link and complete the process.
