Standard Operating Procedure
The Standard Operating Procedure was created to ensure the TX-TERT program follows specific guidelines in accordance with the National Joint TERT Initiative (NJTI), the APCO/NENA TERT DEPLOYMENT ANS Standard (NENA/APCO-STA-050.3-2025), and guidance provided by the Texas Division of Emergency Management.

Membership Application
All members must complete and submit the TX-TERT application and contract of commitment before they can be considered for deployment. By completing and submitting the application, this guarantees that members have agency support to participate in TX-TERT.
